Aparicio is originally from the Philadelphia area. He spent his childhood years growing up in West Germany. He enjoys working with people and building relationships that are long lasting. He truly believes in personal growth and is a firm believer in reading and listening to personal development books. Growing up in other countries has given Aparicio a deep appreciation for diversity and for different cultures.
Aparicio has spent the last nine years working for JP Morgan Private Bank, Bank of America, Ryan Homes, and the Hess Corporation. He was successful working for Fortune 100 companies for his entire career. Aparicio began to develop a passion to help people in their personal financial affairs, career transitioning, and life coaching. He was unfulfilled in his career and began to transition to fulfilling his passion and purpose in life.
Aparicio earned his Bachelors of Science in Education from Temple University and he earned his Master’s in Business Administration from Wilmington University.
In addition to his formal education, Aparicio is a Certified Financial Counselor has trained hundreds of people in financial and budget management during speaking engagements or in a classroom setting. He has successfully worked with some of the individuals on the Forbes 400 list of US Billionaires during his time at JP Morgan. He is a graduate of Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and has facilitated this Financial Peace program at his local church Victory In Christ Christ Christian Center in Deptford, New Jersey.
Aparicio is also a professor at Strayer University and Wilmington University, teaching undergraduate business, marketing and graduate level corporate finance courses.
Everything that Aparicio has learned through his formal education and his experience working at different organizations, he realized that he had this unique ability to connect with individuals and the desire to help them be successful in every area of their life. Aparicio believes coaching is a great way for him to help people realize and achieve their personal goals.
Aparicio is married with two daughters and now resides in the South Jersey.
